Counseling by email and phone

Email Counseling Online

Email is a convenient and effective way to resolve problems. You may email counseling questions/concerns to me and receive detailed answers within 24-48 hours, depending on my availability.

Email is an extremely fast and reliable way to have access to me.

  • You can take your time and share what you want me to know about very personal issues without worry.
  • Do you have such a hectic life that you don’t have time for traditional “face-to face, in the office” counseling?
  • Can you benefit from therapy yet you cannot leave your house?
  • You can’t take time off from your job because you are afraid you’ll get fired?
  • Do you work third shift, making it difficult to have appointments without losing sleep?

The potential disadvantage of email counseling are:
  • There are no expressive nor nonverbal cues.

What to consider when deciding to email:
  • You can ask for a initial free email consultation to ask questions about the process and to describe your concerns?
  • Do you need online payment made through a secure site- i.e. PayPal?
  • You need an email account.

Phone Counseling

Phone Therapy sessions with me can be conducted from anywhere in the world. All you need is access to a phone.

Long distance charges by your long distance carrier may apply.
