Discovering Your Partner

The joy of being in a relationship is the discovery process- discovering about your partner and sharing about yourself.  

Here are some questions to ask to discover more about  each other.  ENJOY asking!  ENJOY sharing!

  • What are you most proud of about your life?
  • What are the most joyful times in your life?
  • What is the greatest loss in your life?
  • Describe decisions you made that you now regret?
  • What  are the mistakes that you have made in your relationship with me?
  • What would you want others to know about you that they do not know already?
  • What has been the hardest obstacle you have faced thus far in your life?
  • If there was one thing you would like to change about  yourself, what would it be?
  • What are your  goals in life? What would you like to accomplish before you die?
  • What are the top three things you most judge negatively about yourself?  If these judgments cause you pain, how do they? 
  • What are the top three things you most appreciate about yourself?  What joy does it bring you?
  • What do you need to clean up in your life to have a life that you love?
  • What is the unfinished emotional business that you have been putting off?
